Implants
In recent years it has become possible to replace missing teeth with implants.
Implants are titanium fixtures placed in the bone by a trained surgeon. It is possible to replace a single tooth with an implant or, using many implants together, replace a complete arch.
All cases have been hugely successful. After the implant becomes secure in the bone, our dentist will construct the crown that will rest on it.
The advantages of implants is that they give increased patient comfort and confidence and other natural teeth need not be involved (prepared).
